Based on the new method , a digital meter of detecting voltage fluctuation and flicker is implemented with single chip microprocessor 基于新的檢測方法,設(shè)計了用單片機系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的電壓波動與閃變微機檢測儀。
The basic concepts and character values of voltage fluctuation and flicker are introduced firstly , and then the common methods of suppress the voltage fluctuation are discussed . further more , the process of extracting voltage fluctuation signal and calculating flicker values is analyzed , and the principle of detecting voltage fluctuation and flicker is detailed . by analyzing and comparing the features of the methods and devices in existence , a new digital detection method is present 論文介紹了電壓波動和閃變的基本概念、特征量以及抑制電壓波動與閃變的常用方法,從電壓波動信號的提取和閃變值的獲得兩方面系統(tǒng)地闡述了電壓波動與閃變的檢測原理,分析比較了現(xiàn)有測量方法和裝置的特點和優(yōu)劣,在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種新的數(shù)字式微機檢測方法。
By using a counter and an operation microprocessor , this paper analyses the measuring method and designs an instrument of edm sinking process in discharge state . this instrument takes samples of voltage , current signal and strong and weak of high frequency signals of detecting voltage amplitude , translates them into various time pulses in discharging state . and a counting unit turns these pulses into digital signals , then send them to a microprocessor . finally various discharge time percentages are sent to the control tache 通過采樣電火花加工放電間隙的電壓、電流信號和檢測電壓幅值上的高頻信號的強弱,得出反映間隙放電狀態(tài)的各種時間脈沖,利用計數(shù)器分別對其計數(shù),再送給單片機運算處理,輸出控制環(huán)節(jié)所需的各種放電狀態(tài)時間百分數(shù)。
